Binary Options Trading Alert: We’re seeing a cool open this morning. You should know the drill by now: Watch your “risky” forex versus your “safe” currencies and apply what you see to the markets. As a cash only (and small scale) day trader you still ought to be quick enough to move before folks playing the carry trade game can get access to funds and then apply them strategically to their favored assets. Recall that the large the size of the trade(r) the more likely they are to move the market – particularly if market makers smell them coming with wads of cash. This means that if they are interested in taking a position for today (which is the way these folks seem to operate), they have to move slowly enough so as to not move the market
before they have acquired the position(s) they want. That is your opportunity to strike with your smaller stash.
Binary options are good for directional only plays like this. Today looks like a downer (but beware the stick save we discussed earlier).
