Today’s economic uncertainty leaves us wondering whether we need to know how to beat inflation or deflation. Prudence (and economic conditions) suggest that it is in our best interest to learn ways to defeat both scenarios. While some solutions are mutually exclusive, other potential activities we engage in regardless of whether we care about how to beat inflation or deflation. Typical Concerns in a Deflation Scenario One the biggest problems in a declining price environment is the inability to pay off debts. In part this is due to a perfect storm of mis-fortune plaguing debtors. Many times this scenario plays out first with price declines of major assets (such as we’re seeing in the real estate market now). This has the impact of making it impossible for debtors to pay off debts by liquidating or selling the collateral assets for big ticket items. If this alone weren’t bad enough, the markets for large ticket purchases begin to slow down which increases unemployment (also currently high), stagnating or depressing wages not only in the initial market but other occupations as well. This leads to further reduced demand, even lower prices, and even more collateralized assets end up under water. Eventually this [...]
Read more from How to Beat Inflation or Deflation - a post from: Binary Options Trading Tutorial - Forex Signals | Make Money Day Trading

If you’re like me and you love options trading but can’t count on having winning trades every single day there is a way to make a few extra bucks from your broker via (on occasion generous) referral programs. The binary options trading industry is no different – with at least a couple of brokers offering some nice packages. What We’re Getting At Here Is That Binary Options Trading Online Is A Nacent Industry and Needs People Willing to Make Referrals No Experience Required Blah Blah Blah Ever hear that one before? That isn’t necessarily true in this case because after all – options trading requires some technical expertise and the nuts and bolts experience of making trades. Likewise a promoter or internet marketer has to have some clue about how to write about topics and some minimal html (like the hypertext link above) training. Other than that all that is needed to participate in a programs like these is an email address (at a minimum) and enough knowledge to be able to send an email with a link in it to friends who might be interested in binary options trading. We’re not talking about flooding the world with emails (that’s [...]
Read more from Options Trading | How to Make a Few Extra Bucks from Your Broker - a post from: Binary Options Trading Tutorial - Forex Signals | Make Money Day Trading

It can’t be, right? The S&P 500 outperformed by high rate CDs? “Come on,” I thought to myself. Yet I ran into this article posted last night elsewhere and it really struck a chord with me. Ever wonder why you look at your 401K statement quarter after quarter only to find your balances failing to increase? Yeah, me too. It’s frustrating to be a working person fully committed to saving and investing for retirement only to be in the end robbed of those earnings (and the laughable “matching” funds deposited by employers) by corporate mismanagement, malfeasance, and investment bankers. If ever you needed a rationalization for being a slap/dash grab what you can when you can day trader, this article will give it to you in spades. The numbers are too horrible to re-count. Read them for yourselves. I simply couldn’t believe what I was reading, but the numbers are what the numbers are. Re-Posted (with permission) from Kidssavingsaccount.info: High Rate CD vs. S&P 500 I was wondering how high rate CDs performed against the S&P 500 the other day (yes I have too much time on my hands) and decided to take a look. In truth what really prompted [...]
Read more from High Rate CDs vs. the S&P 500 | Not As Big a Mismatch As You Might Think - a post from: Binary Options Trading Tutorial - Forex Signals | Make Money Day Trading

I love all those top ten mutual fund rankings. What a myth! I’m going to take a bit of a diversion today to talk about IRA and 401(k) retirement account management. I hope you folks don’t mind taking the discussion in a different direction today but as you are well aware I am all about leverage – be it time, money, or effort. Putting the top ten mutual funds myth out of your mind and instead designing an efficient portfolio of diverse funds (see what an efficient portfolio expected risk/return chart looks like) will put your IRA or 401(k) on a steady, automated path that will require maintenance only once per year. The Myth of the Top Ten Mutual Funds At any given time one market or sector is going to be performing better than another, and wouldn’t you know it, all those ‘guru’ financial sites (after the fact, of course, because reporting is always after the fact) will show that the health sector (for example – don’t run out and buy health stocks right now… please!) is performing well at such and such a date and as a result the top ten mutual funds are dominated by what? You guessed [...]
Read more from Top Ten Mutual Funds | Putting Your IRA or 401(K) on Autopilot - a post from: Binary Options Trading Tutorial - Forex Signals | Make Money Day Trading

People ask me why I use high leverage investments. It’s simple. The only way an average Joe like me is going to make a jump from where I am (ok but not great) to super is by using as high leverage as I can get my hands on and use wisely. If I can take a nice 10% return and make it 100% or 200% or more without substantially more risk, then logic tells me I need to do that. Lord knows I’ll never have the mega-wealth of someone like a hotel heiress but I can acheive more with what I have if I use high leverage wisely. Why Use Leverage? Using high leverage at the right time can make returns from marginally high ROI investments gigantic. The development and general availability of a number of different high leverage investment vehicles has created an entire mini-economy run and financed by day traders. While day trading honestly saw its heyday back just before the dot-com crash, you can rest assured the practice is still alive and well long afterward. Leveraging People, Assets, or Time – Whatever It Takes Is What You Need to Do As long as there are rich people [...]
Read more from High Leverage Investments | The Way the Rest of Us Can Make a Class Jump - a post from: Binary Options Trading Tutorial - Forex Signals | Make Money Day Trading
