Is your options trading plan to make money fast and easy on the bounce today? You might want to reconsider that plan. Futures are down this morning and nothing in the forex market is telling me that “risk” is being favored. Couple that with the negative jobs figures and we have the makings of another day of tanking of the major indices. I still don’t know what is propping up Tesla motors… they have demand for their cars yes, but exactly how many can they produce to sell, and how many more buyers are going to pony up the 6-figure price tag? Afternoon trading lightened up suddenly in the forex market for risky pairs. Seeing a market turn up here and the real potential for a positive close for the day. Maybe the “black cloud” trader that’s been hanging over the market all day decided to cash in the gains on “safe” forex pairs and go home. Trading continued in a tight range between “risk-positive” and “risk-negative” – our morning read on the market for the day appears to have been spot on.
